Zero to Hero Program
We're looking for two women. Ready to stop watching from the sidelines and find out what you're capable of?
Do you have what it takes?
You probably want to know
The early phases of training, like diving, skiing and the other physical disciplines, don't require perfect English, so we use that time to your advantage. From day one, you'll have an English tutor 3 to 4 times a week. If you're consistent and motivated, the goal is to get you to a workable level in about three months, but everyone learns at their own pace. You don't need perfect English to start.
Zero. Literally none. That's the whole point of Zero to Hero. We don't select you based on the skills you already have. What matters much more is character, curiosity, discipline, personality, and how willing you are to learn. The skills can be taught.
No. You don't pay to join. Program travel, housing, food, training, gear, and instructors are covered, along with agreed day-to-day living costs. This is a fully funded program, not something you're expected to finance yourself.
No. This program requires enough time and flexibility that combining it with full-time school or a full-time job wouldn't work. If you're selected, training, practice and travel need to become your main focus for this phase. We cover the program and agreed day-to-day living costs so you can actually give it that focus.
They're the foundation of the whole project. The goal isn't to put you in the gear for a reel and make it look like you can do something. It's for you to actually learn it. The skills create the adventures, and the adventures create the content. The Program page shows how it all fits together.
At some point it will, and that's normal. Your first week on skis is pure adrenaline. But you'll spend the whole season at that resort getting from beginner to advanced, and somewhere in the middle it's just cold, repetitive and tiring. Same with diving and the rest. There's also a bigger shift. This stops being a hobby and becomes your job. Think of the instructors at a dive center. On their hundredth dive they're not as excited as you were on your first, because for them it's work. You'll get there too. You keep going not for the thrill, but because the content only lands if you're genuinely good, and getting good takes a lot of repetition. If you can keep showing up once it's just practice, this is built for you.
Because the social media space around these activities is already heavily male. Adding two more men doing the same things wouldn't help us build the kind of distinctive story we're aiming for. If that were the goal, the founder could simply put himself on camera. Instead, the idea is to follow two women as they genuinely build advanced skills, from flying and diving to skydiving and ice climbing. That difference is deliberate. It's how we plan to stand out in a crowded space and build something people haven't already seen a thousand times.
Two is built for the camera. You've always got someone to talk to, react with, and play off, so it feels natural and the story tells itself. One person alone tends to feel flat. And whatever you're doing, you've got someone right there in it with you, not just a crew behind the camera. Why not more? Because two is a partnership people can actually follow. They get to know both of you. Add a bigger group and everyone blurs together, and nobody's story really lands.
We're building Elemental Nomads as a long-term media project. First we invest in your training and real skills. Once that foundation is in place, the adventures and the content begin. You'd be a partner in what we build, not someone hired to appear on camera. If it succeeds, we succeed together. The exact structure, ownership and revenue split are put in writing before you sign anything binding, and you're free to have your own lawyer review it.
Unfortunately, no, for several reasons. But if you think you're a good fit for the program and you would consider quitting, we can definitely support you in this.
