For applicants, this may include your first name, age, country, email address, and the answers you provide in your application.

We use this information only to review your application, communicate with you about the Elemental Nomads selection process, and arrange interviews or next steps if relevant.

We do not sell applicant information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information may only be accessed by the people involved in reviewing and managing the Elemental Nomads selection process, or by service providers that are technically necessary to operate the website and application process.

We process this information based on your consent when you submit an application, and on our legitimate interest in running a fair selection process.

If you are not selected, we delete your application within 6 months of the end of the selection process. If you are selected, we keep your information for as long as you take part in the program.

Some of our service providers may store data outside your country.

We may update this privacy notice if the way the website or application process works changes.
